Order processing time 1-2 business days, delivery time 3-7 business days.

All delivery times are in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after a Friday will be processed on the next working day.

We have an overseas warehouse in UK which enables fast delivery.

 

2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with the following shipping carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, TNT, and GLS.

 

3. Shipping Coverage
Merach currently ships to the United Kingdom.
If there are areas where our shipping carriers are unable to deliver, we will contact the buyer via email and arrange a refund.
Free shipping is available within the United Kingdom.

 

4. Delivery Time
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours whenever possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third-party shipping services.
All estimated delivery times provided by Merach are based on approximate estimates.
Any modifications requested by the customer after the product has been shipped, including but not limited to address changes, order rescheduling, or shipping preference updates, will result in the forfeiture of eligibility for replacement and/or refund in case of issues.

 

5. Address Changes
Before your order is shipped, you may contact us to update your delivery address.
Once the package has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.

 

6. Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Once your items are shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, containing:
Your order number
Carrier details
Order date and time
Order status
Tracking number for your package

7. Lost Packages
Merach is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of your order.
Occasionally, shipments may experience temporary delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
If tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days after the order was shipped, we kindly ask for your patience while awaiting the delivery.
Merach will investigate any shipping anomalies and support you in resolving the issue.

8. Taxes and Duties
Shipping costs do not include any applicable duties or taxes.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not prepaid and remain the customer's responsibility.
Due to varying tax regulations in different countries and regions, we are unable to provide specific guidance on these charges.

 

9. Notes
Merach does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure that a valid residential or commercial address is provided before completing your purchase.
