UK & China (We choose the best shipping location based on the customer's delivery location and the inventory status of the product. We strive to provide the best service to our customers.)

How long does it take until I receive my order?
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order after it has been placed. Once processed, the order will be shipped and typically takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location. For more details on our shipping terms, click here: Shipping Policy.
Do you also deliver abroad?
No, we only ship within UK and do not deliver to P.O. boxes (sorry, but we cannot ship our items to P.O. boxes, period).

Orders
How or where can I obtain proof of purchase?
Your proof of purchase is simply a receipt. This purchase receipt must include an order number, an item number, the customer's address, the date of sale, and the shipping date. Since your purchase was made online, you can contact Merach at info.uk@merachfit.com to obtain your receipt.
When will my credit card or payment method be charged?
You will be charged at the time of placing your order so that we can begin processing your order and preparing the items for shipment.
Normally, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. However, during high demand or peak seasons, processing may take 2-7 business days after your payment before your order is shipped.
How long does it take to receive my item after placing an order?
It takes 1-2 business days to process your order after you have submitted it. Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped and will take an additional 2-3 business days, depending on which federal state you live in.

I tried using a coupon code, but it didn’t work. Why can’t I use my code?
There are several possible reasons why a coupon code did not work in your cart:
Single-use per customer – The coupon codes we offer on our website can generally only be used once per customer. If you have already used the code before, it cannot be used again.
Expired coupon – The coupon may no longer be valid if it has expired.
Cannot be combined – Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
If you believe your coupon should be valid but still doesn’t work, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Can I use a coupon for a past order?
Coupon codes are not valid for previous purchases. They cannot be added later by you or the Merch team. The coupon code must be entered at checkout to be applied.
I just placed an order today and would like to change it. Can I do that?
If you haven't received an email from us informing you that the order has been shipped, we can still make changes. However, once the goods have left our warehouse and are with the carrier, we can no longer make any changes. I just placed an online order, but right after that, I received an email saying my order was canceled. What happened?
There are several reasons why this could have happened:
Sometimes an item is out of stock when you purchase it, even though our inventory system shows it as available. This can happen to the best of us.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, and our system automatically detects this and cancels your order.
You may have been blacklisted as a customer and are no longer allowed to shop with us.
Returns
Do you offer free returns?
No, unfortunately not. If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not working, you won't have to pay for the return. The return is free for you. However, if you want to return an item that is in 100% working condition, we are still happy to accept the return. Please note, though, that the return shipping costs are not covered by us. Do your products require assembly?
For most of our devices, assembly is required. These items are shipped securely and safely packed from the factory and need to be assembled. This is the best way for the customer to receive the item in a condition that ensures it won't be damaged during transportation.
How can I get help with assembly?
All of our products come with an assembly guide in the user manual. If you need further assistance, you can always send us an email at: info.uk@merachfit.com.
My item arrived damaged! What should I do?
Take a deep breath first. It’s tough for large shipping companies to deliver heavy packages perfectly every time in UK. We recommend opening the box and taking a look inside. The items are usually well packed inside. Just because the box is dented on the outside doesn’t mean the contents are also damaged.
If you notice an issue, contact us immediately. Don’t start disassembling the item and packing things back into the box just yet. Reach out to us first to see if there’s an easier solution. I purchased a Merach product from an unauthorized seller and need support. What can I do?
Unfortunately, all purchases made from unauthorized sellers are excluded from the Merach manufacturer's warranty. If you need assistance, you will need to contact the unauthorized seller and work with them to receive support.
