Overview

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason (except for a change of mind), please contact our customer service via email within 30 days of receiving the product for a return and refund.

1. Please note that before returning the item, you must contact Merach by email (email: info.uk@merachfit.com) and obtain authorization before you can initiate the return.

2. Return and Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service via email.

Once you have received the shipping notification, please note that we are unable to cancel or modify orders. Therefore, please wait for the arrival of your package. You may either keep it or contact us to request a refund.

3. Do not return the package yourself or drop it off at the sender's address. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.

4. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your Merach shipment if you wish to justify a return.

5. Please describe the issue in the email.

6. Please wait for a response from our friendly Merach team, usually within 24 hours.

7. In the meantime, please keep the Merach delivery box in a cool, dry place to avoid damage.

8. Once approved, a shipping address and instructions will be emailed to the address you used to place your Merach order.

9. Please review the "Acceptable Conditions for Return.

 

Acceptable Return Conditions

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the Merach product.
  2. The product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, and other contaminants, and must be returned in its original packaging as received.

 

The customer is responsible for return/exchange costs in the following cases:

  1. Accidental order
  2. A better price is available
  3. No reason provided
  4. No longer needed or wanted
  5. Incompatible or not useful for the intended purpose
  6. Incorrect style/size/color ordered
  7. Damaged by the customer

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to confirm compliance with the return conditions.

For returns due to personal reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Merach will cover all return/exchange costs, including shipping fees, if a major defect is found and verified with proof (such as images or videos submitted via email).

Our warranty policy takes effect upon receipt of the goods. If a minor defect is found, we will send replacement parts to the customer free of charge, with shipping costs covered by Merach.

Exchange for a New Model (Only for Products Without Quality Issues)

This condition applies only to unworn, unopened, and unused products. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.

1、Within 30 days – Exchange for the same model in a different color is allowed, but the customer must cover the return shipping and original order shipping costs.

2、Within 30 days – Exchange for the same model in a different color is allowed, but the customer must cover the return shipping and original order shipping costs, as well as pay any price difference if applicable.

3、After 30 days – Exchanges are no longer possible.

Customers must bear the costs of shipping and returning their orders.

Price Difference Refunds

1、A partial refund for the price difference is available within 7 days of purchase.
2、After 7 days, price difference refunds are not accepted.


Note: Merach reserves the right to organize promotions and events at its discretion.

Refusal to Accept the Package

If a customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, they are responsible for the shipping costs of the order.

Refund for Quality Issues

1、Within 30 days: Customers can return defective products for a full refund or request an exchange.


2、After 30 days: Returns are not accepted.


Customers must provide a photo of the item in its original packaging to our Product Support Team as proof of the defect.

Refund for Non-Quality Issues

Refunds are only available within 30 days if the product is:

1、Unworn, unopened, and unused
2、Free from any wear, dirt, dust, perfume, or other signs of use
3、In its original packaging, with all included items
4、For non-defective products, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund for Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective and was purchased from our authorized dealer within the last year, please contact us at info.uk@merachfit.com and provide photos or videos that show the actual defects, as there may be a simple solution to your problem. The Merach support team can offer you technical solutions.

Please note that for a refund:
i) You will need a valid printed/digital invoice (handwritten invoices are not accepted).
ii) The refund amount cannot exceed twice the price of the corresponding repaired part.
iii) We do not offer replacements if the part is damaged again. Only one replacement part per item will be accepted. Merach reserves the right to distinguish between defective products and normal wear and tear.

Eligible returns/exchanges within 30 days: Processing time is 1-3 business days after receiving the item.
Refunds are processed within 5-6 business days after approval.

Notification of Refund Status
Customers will receive a notification once their return is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card providers to process and post the refund.

 

How Can I Receive a Replacement or Refund?

If you have confirmed that you would like to return the item and request a replacement or refund, please contact our Support Team at info.uk@merachfit.com to obtain a return label. We will process the refund or send the replacement once we have received the returned package.

Make sure that the packaging and product tags are in good condition and that the item being returned is unused.

If the return is due to an error on our part, the circumstances may include:

The received item was defective and could not be repaired with a replacement part.
We sent the wrong item.
We delivered the item to the wrong address.
We placed a duplicate order.
The item failed within the 30-day return period.

How We Will Respond

  1. Please wait for a response from our friendly Merach team, usually within 24 hours.
  2. In the meantime, please store the Merach delivery box in a cool and dry place to prevent damage.
  3. Once approved, a shipping address and instructions will be sent via email to the inbox associated with your Merach order.
  4. We will arrange the exchange within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days to the customer’s original payment method.

 

When Will You Receive a Refund?

Refunds to credit/debit cards typically take 5-6 business days, but it may take up to 30 days depending on the card company. If you paid with PayPal balance, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal or your credit/debit card bank for more details regarding the refund.

 

Order Cancellation

A cancellation is only possible if the consumer requests it before the goods are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

We require 1-3 business days to process your request after receiving the returned item. The refund will then be issued within 5-6 business days.
